Healthy Recipes - Banana Peanut Delight

Do you love peanut butter? We do! Better yet - it's good for you. With high quantities of fiber, protien, & micronutrients, peanut butter will help keep you healthy. Try it in this great smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2-3 cups cold soy milk or rice milk
  • 1 tablespoon Boku Super Food
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground cinnamon)

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

For best results, use an organic, sugar-free peanut butter in this recipe. We suggest soy or rice milk instead of cow’s milk.
