Healthy Recipes - Spicy Boku Mary

It's much easier to stay healthy if you have recipes that are not only nutrient-rich but taste great. Each week we'll be posting a new recipe to keep you and your tastebuds coming back.

Get ready for the weekend with today's recipe...

Spicy Boku Mary

12 oz of organic vegetable juice or tomato juice
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of Boku Super Food
1 teaspoon of celery salt
1 teaspoon of Tobasco sauce or equivalent
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
Juice from 1/2 freshly squeezed lime

Mix all ingredients in a blender or shaker until fully mixed. Serve over ice with a sprig of celery. If you use plain tomato juice instead of vegetable juice, then add another 1/2 scoop of Boku Super Food.
