Healthy Recipes - Honey Bee Smoothie

This smoothie satisfies your hunger and gives you energy throughout your day.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup raw milk (or organic orange juice)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon organic coconut oil
  • 2 fresh bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Bee Pollen
  • 1 big scoop BõKU Super Food
  • 1 scoop or so  BõKU Super Protein
Blend all until smooth – 1 – 2 minutes.
